Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use ecomagain.com or any app published by RVS Commerce, SIA under the Ecomagain name. By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them. If an app has additional terms, they are shown in that app.

Who we are

Your account

You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use our apps.

Subscriptions and purchases

  • Billing: subscriptions and in-app purchases are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and charged to the payment method on your Apple ID or Google account.
  • Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The price and period are shown before you buy.
  • Free trials: if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
  • Cancelling: manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's order history.
  • Price changes: we will notify you of a price change in advance, as Apple and Google require.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. When you buy digital content or a subscription and start using it straight away, you agree that it starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once it has begun.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our apps. In particular, you will not:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the apps
  • try to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
  • reverse-engineer, copy or resell the apps, except where the law allows it
  • upload harmful code or interfere with the apps' operation

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The apps, their design, text, graphics and code belong to RVS Commerce, SIA or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for your own non-commercial purposes, on devices you own or control. Content you create stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you.

Health and information disclaimer

Unless an app says otherwise, its content is for general information only. It is not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the apps available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, update or discontinue features or apps. If we discontinue a paid app, we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded an app from the App Store, these terms are between you and RVS Commerce, SIA, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell you in the app about significant changes.
