Delete your account

How to delete your Ecomagain app account and the data linked to it.

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that first in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is closed straight away and its data is deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't access the app, email admin@ecomagain.com with the subject Account deletion request. Include:

  • the name of the app
  • the email address on your account

Send it from that email address so we can confirm the account is yours. We confirm when we receive the request and delete the account and its data within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your profile: name, email address and login details
  • Content you created or saved in the app
  • Your preferences and app settings
  • Usage data linked to your account

What we keep, and for how long

  • Transaction records such as purchase dates and amounts, for as long as Latvian accounting and tax law requires
  • Support messages, for up to 24 months after the conversation ends
  • Anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you

Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their privacy policies.
