Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: your email address, name and password (stored encrypted) if you create an account in one of our apps.
• Content you create: anything you enter or save in an app so it can work, such as preferences and in-app entries.
• Support messages: what you send us by email or phone, and our replies.
• Orders: your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you buy a physical product from one of our stores.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: which screens and features you use, and when, so we can improve the app.
• Device data: device model, operating system, app version, language and an app-specific identifier.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.
• Advertising data: if you allow it, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, Advertising ID on Android), which ad you saw or tapped before installing or buying, and in-app events such as installs, trial starts and purchases.
• Website data: when you visit one of our websites or stores, cookies and similar technologies record pages viewed, products added to cart and purchases, if you accept them.
• Purchases: confirmation from Apple or Google that you bought or renewed a subscription. We never receive your card details; Apple and Google handle all payments in our apps.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data or microphone audio unless an app asks for that permission for a specific feature and you allow it. You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

Why we use it

We do not sell your personal data for money. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run our apps and stores, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Apple and Google, for app distribution, payments and subscriptions
• Hosting, database and authentication providers
• Analytics and crash-reporting providers
• Advertising and measurement partners, including Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google, and mobile attribution providers
• Subscription management providers
• Email and SMS providers, for account and marketing messages
• Ecommerce platforms, payment processors and delivery partners, for physical orders

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

Advertising and tracking

We advertise our apps and products on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. To see which ads work and to show our ads to people likely to be interested, we use tools from these platforms, such as the Meta SDK, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Google's advertising tools.

With your consent, these tools send the platform information such as your advertising identifier, device data and events like installs, sign-ups and purchases. If you use a store's checkout, this can include a hashed (scrambled) email address or phone number so the platform can match the purchase to an ad. Meta and Google may also use this data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

• iPhone: our apps ask for permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings, Google, Ads (or Privacy, Ads, depending on your device).
• Websites: non-essential cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
• Ad preferences: you can control the ads you see in your Facebook, Instagram and Google ad settings.

Saying no does not affect how the apps or stores work.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, such as Meta and Google. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Account data: while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete it within 30 days.
• Usage and diagnostic data: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Support messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
• Transaction and order records: for as long as Latvian accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@ecomagain.com and we will reply within one month.

To delete your account and its data, follow the steps on our account deletion page.

You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and providers that meet recognised security standards. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect in the first place.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
